Today my world is multimedia. But isn’t wasn’t always that way.

I began working at daily newspapers during my second year in college. By chance I found my way into the newsroom at the Daily Pilot newspaper in Orange County, California. I never wanted to leave. Eventually I did. But my passion for Journalism remained.

l leapt into the glossy world of newsstand magazines with longer lead times and consumer oriented subject matters.

Later the roles shifted from magazine editor to video producer. I became involved with cable networks and learned something about episodic TV with no formal education in the craft. Enthusiasm helped get me past the rough patches.

Now my clients range from online publishers of specialty enterprises to small business owners in search of niche Website content.

I invite you to contact me with any questions. Take a look around. Hang out. Check out my Blogs and learn a few things about Dogs and Cars.

The Team

You can’t find a more loyal team than Labradors. Dogs have been the inspiration for many of my stories in national publications. They are great listeners and I love them. Yes, I work directly with people too.

I specialize in Animal, Automotive, Outdoor and niche-specific content.

The Studio

This ‘86 Vanagon Westfalia puts a spin on working from home. Writing about the outdoors means living in it. It’s been the fodder for many Blog posts!

The Vanagon unfolds like a Swiss Army knife— becoming the cook’s galley, creative studio, and Wi-Fi hotspot. Thirty-thousand miles were logged these past years, chasing down stories for clients in the Great Outdoors.
